RETURNS:

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons so please choose carefully.
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

We stand by the quality of our pieces and offer peace of mind with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, with proof of purchase. It covers new pieces only and excludes damage from misuse or wear.
Warranty claims must be submitted via email, and we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
